About

ITSM built for European IT, on European terms.

We're building the service-desk and CMDB platform we wished existed: complete enough for serious IT, hosted in the EU by default, and ready for the regulator without making every team carry the weight of compliance they don't have.

Why we're building this

European IT teams have been choosing between tools built for someone else's market. The large enterprise suites are heavy and priced to match. The light helpdesks have no real CMDB and no answer when a regulation arrives. And data residency, the thing that matters most here, is usually an afterthought.

We started ITSMxfrom the European reality instead. The service desk and configuration database are the core product, built to the standard serious IT teams expect. EU hosting is the default. And the regulatory work — DORA, NIS-2, BAIT, GDPR — is built into the platform, switched off until a team needs it and switched on regulation by regulation when they do.

What we believe

Compliance should be opt-in

A team subject to nothing shouldn't carry machinery built for banks. A team subject to DORA shouldn't assemble its evidence by hand. The same platform should serve both, and show each only what's theirs.

Evidence should be a by-product

If you have to stop and build your audit trail after the fact, the tool has failed. The record should be written as the work happens, and it should be one you can hand to an auditor.

Where your data lives matters

EU hosting and EU-resident providers aren't a premium tier. They're the starting condition.

Where we are

ITSMxis in its first release, working with a small group of design partners to get the product right before we open it up. If that's the kind of thing you want to be part of, we'd like to hear from you.

See ITSMx against your own compliance checklist.

30 minutes. We’ll map it to your DORA / NIS-2 / BAIT obligations.
