No. Many teams self-configure with the signup wizard and documentation. Services are there when you want a faster start, a complex migration, or compliance-specific setup you'd rather not figure out alone.
Where we can make them fixed, they are. Onboarding, training, and custom integrations have published prices. Migration and SAP implementation are scoped because every estate is different — but we quote a fixed price after scoping, not T&M.
