SoD (Segregation of Duties)
A control principle that prevents one person from holding incompatible roles in a process — for example, the person who submits a change should not be the person who approves it.

ITSMx enforces SoD in code across CAB approvals, transport promotion, and incident-to-report workflows. Constraints are configurable and visible in the Berechtigungskonzept.
