Custom fields with a PII conscience
Add typed fields — text, number, boolean, date, dropdown — to incidents, changes, service requests, and every CI class. Each field declares a PII classification at creation, so pseudonymization and GDPR exports know what they're handling. Conditional logic (show, require, or narrow options based on another field) is enforced server-side, not just in the form.
Tighten-only field governance
Per field, set the requirement (optional → recommended → mandatory) and visibility (editable → read-only → hidden). You can always tighten beyond the platform floor, never loosen below it — and compliance-mandatory fields can't be hidden or relabeled at all. Every customization change is audited, with live preview before you save.
Terminology and picklists
Rename platform terms — 'Incident' can become 'Ticket' — and govern the core picklists: relabel or hide priority, severity, and change-type options your process doesn't use. Compliance-locked options stay visible by design.
Theming and branding
Light, dark, and auto modes with a tenant default and per-user override, plus tenant branding: accent color scale, uploaded logo, and portal branding — with revisions and preview.
Locale, language, and formats
German and English throughout, with per-tenant defaults and per-user overrides for date, number, and time formats, first day of week, hour cycle, timezone, and notification language.
Saved views and a command palette
Save the filtered, sorted views your team works in — personal or shared across the tenant — and jump to any action or record from a Cmd/Ctrl-K command palette, with keyboard shortcuts throughout.
