Publish company branding

Company branding uses a private draft and an explicit publication step. Saving a draft never changes what employees see.

Prepare the draft

Open Settings → Portal branding (the Company branding page). You can set:

• a company display name;
• a six-digit brand accent;
• a primary PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP logo;
• an optional compact mark for narrow headers;
• logo alternative text; and
• the default light, system, or dark theme.

The compact mark requires a primary logo. Alternative text is required whenever a logo is present.

Uploaded images remain in Scanning until the attachment pipeline has verified them and decoded their dimensions. Use Refresh scan status before publishing. The server rejects unsupported, oversized, malformed, wrong-tenant, quarantined, or unsafe-dimension images.

Check and publish

Review the light portal, dark portal, and compact header previews. The contrast indicator is an early check; the server enforces the non-configurable platform contrast floor again when the draft is saved and published.

Choose Save draft to keep working privately. Choose Publish branding and confirm to make that revision effective for employees.

Reset or recover

Reset draft to default places platform-default values in the private draft. It does not publish them.

Each earlier publication appears in Revision history. Choose Use as draft to copy one into the private draft, review it, and publish it again. The audit history remains append-only throughout.
