Share and bookmark a working view

TENSOR keeps the working state of operational screens in the page URL. After you choose a dashboard preset, change a widget time window, filter a group queue, filter or search a Kanban board, switch knowledge browse mode, search patches, move to another calendar month, or filter a portal directory, you can copy the browser address and send it to another authorized user. Reloading the address restores the same view, and browser Back and Forward traverse discrete view changes.

The incident, problem, and change boards carry the same filter and search toolbar as their list views (minus table-only controls such as density and saved views). Board filters narrow the cards in every column; the state axis itself is never a filter, because the columns are the states.

The URL never bypasses access control or feature flags. A recipient still needs permission to open the surface and can only see records returned for their tenant and role.

Dashboard links are deliberately non-destructive. Opening somebody else's dashboard link temporarily renders the preset and widget windows encoded in that URL; it does not replace your saved dashboard preferences and does not create preference-change audit events. If you actively choose a preset or widget window yourself, the normal audited preference command still runs and the resulting state is mirrored into the URL.

Live search text uses the current browser-history entry so typing does not create one Back step per character. Discrete choices—such as list versus tree, category, calendar month, or dashboard preset—create navigable history entries.
