TENSOR documentation

This is the administrator and configurator documentation for TENSOR. It covers standing up a tenant, configuring identity and access, turning on regulatory features, and customizing the platform.

The platform guide covers each module as it actually behaves:

• Service desk — the four record types (incident, problem, change, service request), their state machines, routing, and the war room. Incidents and changes each have a full module guide: roles, lifecycle, compliance, step-by-step guides, and what is available today.
• Employee portal — the front door for every employee: company updates and acknowledgements, reporting issues and requesting services, the people directory, and portal administration.
• CMDB — CI classes, typed relationships and impact analysis, versioning, CVEs, and reconciliation.
• Discovery (preview) — sources and commissioning, reconciliation and precedence, Soll/Ist deviations, and the CMDB attestation.
• Vulnerability management — findings, CVE exposures on CIs, the patch catalogue, patch deployment as a Change, and evidence reports.
• SAP integration (preview) — connections and the connector agent, transports as Changes, SAP operations and authorisations, and the SolMan migration.
• Settings — personal and tenant configuration, notifications, SLA policies.
• Workflows & automation — workflow configuration, business rules, and approvals.
• Interface — keyboard shortcuts and the command palette.

Around it, the docs follow the Diataxis model:

• How-to guides — task-oriented steps for a specific job (e.g. Compliance configuration).
• Reference — lookup tables generated directly from the platform source of truth. These cannot drift from the product.
• Explanation — the why behind behaviour that surprises people (e.g. why regulatory toggles are sticky).

This documentation is being written and published as features ship. It covers the tenant application; the platform-owner backend is a separate product surface and is not documented here.
